Booking and Payment

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    • Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your payment.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • The total amount must be transferred at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Guests:
    • If you cancel your booking within 48 hours and at least 14 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund.
    • If you cancel your booking more than one month in advance of your arrival date, you will receive 50% of your payment back.
    • If you cancel your booking less than one month before your arrival date, no refund will be given.
    • A cancellation by the tenant must always be submitted by email, including the tenant’s name and rental period.
  2. Cancellation by the Owner:
    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund of all payments made. In this case, the renter has no rights beyond reclaiming the amounts already paid and expressly waives any further claims.
    • The landlord reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement if the provided personal information is found to be inaccurate.
  3. Cancellation by Government
    • If the stay cannot proceed due to measures imposed by the Spanish government or another governmental authority, the cancellation policies will still apply. We therefore recommend purchasing travel and/or cancellation insurance so that, in the event you are forced to cancel or cut short your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, you can recover your funds. Please consult your insurance agent in advance to ensure adequate coverage.

Cleaning Services

  1. Cleaning Standards:
    • The villa will be cleaned by the concierges after your stay for a fixed fee of 300€.
  2. Cleaning Requirements:
    • Please leave the kitchen tidy after your stay.
    • Please place your waste in the bins at the carport, and the concierges will take them to the municipal containers.
    • Please leave the used towels in the entrance hall of the house.

Check-Out Time

  1. Check-In Time: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Please respect this time unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  2. Check-Out Procedure:
    • Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
    • Late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and must be approved in advance.
  3. Check-Out Responsibilities:
    • Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the villa.
    • Return all keys and any provided equipment.
    • Ensure all rubbish is disposed of properly and the villa is left in a tidy condition.

Damage and Security Deposit

A deposit of 250 euros must be given to the concierges on arrival at the property and will be returned to the tenants on departure unless:

  1. Damage: There is any damage to the property, furniture, or appliances.
  2. Loss of Items: Items such as keys, remote controls, or other amenities are lost.
  3. Excessive Cleaning: The house is left in an excessively dirty state, requiring additional cleaning beyond normal expectations.
  4. Non-Compliance: Guests fail to follow the check-out instructions, such as not removing trash or leaving used towels and linens as requested.

In such cases, part or all of the deposit may be retained to cover the costs.

Liability

The renter agrees to treat the property as a responsible caretaker. In cases of disturbance and/or damage to the property or inventory, or failure to comply with house rules, you may be required to leave the vacation home.

As the owner, we are not liable for theft, loss, or damage of any kind to belongings or persons during or as a result of a stay in our vacation home. We also accept no liability for service disruptions or deficiencies in services provided by third parties.

The renter is responsible for any loss and/or damage to the rented accommodation and/or other property belonging to the owner that occurs during its use by you and/or other users, regardless of whether this results from actions or omissions by you and/or third parties allowed on the property with your permission.

All damages must be reported to the owner before the renter’s departure.
