Practical Information
Check in / out
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please respect these times, as the housekeepers need sufficient time to thoroughly clean the house for you and the next guests.
During the high season, the roads can become busy with many buses. To avoid traffic, it’s best to leave Cala Tuent before 10:00 AM, around 1:15 PM, or after 4:00 PM. The travel time from Palma Airport to Cala Tuent is about 1,5 hours, and the drive from Cala Tuent to Inca or Sóller takes approximately 1 hour.
Dining Options
Dinner can be provided upon request and at an additional cost, with options such as: paella (mixed, chicken, seafood, or vegetarian), oven-baked lamb, oven-baked fish, suckling pig, tagine (chicken, meat, or lamb), couscous (chicken or meat), tapas, barbecue, or any other dish for your evening meal.
Conciergerie
Next to the house, there is a concierge, Manel and Margareta, they will welcome you at the house. Although they only speak Spanish, they can easily communicate using translation apps.
Manel will discreetly take care of the pool and its surroundings during your stay.
Additional services like dishwashing, babysitting, laundry, or extra cleaning can be requested from the concierge for an additional fee.

The housekeepers can prepare fresh bio orange juice from the garden per liter during the season. Ask them if you would like it for breakfast…
Bio orange, lemon, grapefruit, quinces and kiwi jam from the garden per jar. Limoncello from the casa for – drink it straight or with prosecco or 7up or tonic. Organic olive oil Virgen. Black and green bio olives.
Cleaning Finish Service
The house will be cleaned by the concierges after your stay for a fixed fee.
Please leave used towels and linens downstairs in the hall. Trash should be disposed of in the bins at the carport.
Getting There
Car Rental
Rental Car at Palma airport (recommended). It is by far the best option to discover the island.
